My Beautiful Yukon Colour Phase Black Bear…
This week l have been hunting in the Yukon for Grizzly and Colour Phaze Bears. I brought a hunt auction from the Manitoba SCI chanter for a 2 black bear jet boat river hunt with a grizzly bear opportunity. I have been salivating about this trip for close to a year now and finally l was boarding my Qantas flight to Vancouver. It's quiet a challenge to take your firearm to another country to hunt your chosen game. l chose my 338 WM Remington Kustom Shop rifle with a Nightforce 5.5 to 22 dialed into 500 yards. l spent the first 5 days on Vancouver Island sightseeing and visiting Jim Shockeys Hand Of Man museum in Duncan. It was fabulous and l can highly recommend a visit here. Next flight was Whitehorse Yukon and l had 2 days there to check out the town - my luggage all arrived intact so all was good. Next thing l know l am head to the outback of the Yukon... stay tuned for more info when l am home!
