Eastern Cape Buffalo At Royal Karoo Safaris
74 Days in Africa... The second week of my African Safari started on the Eastern Cape of South Africa at Royal Karoo Safaris. We had record rain to contend with which made conditions less than favorable, but we pressed on making the best of it the first couple of days. The mountains were socked in with fog as we had buff at 40 yards but were not able to see if their bosses were hard and worth taking.
Thursday 27th June, it rained all night. Round 7am we saw buff crossing an open section of lad heading into the thorn bush and made hast to put in a hunt.
